Sleep score looks wrong
Sleep scoring is duration-first for overnight sessions.
Short power naps are not full nights and use a separate power_nap streak path.
In the app
Mind → Sleep → Sleep / Power Nap
Steps
- 1
Confirm you used the Sleep tab
Overnight tracking lives under Sleep, not Power Nap.
- 2
Check wake time
If wake time already passed while the app was closed, the session may auto-finalize with the recorded window.
- 3
Separate naps from nights
Power naps (10-90 min) should not be compared to full overnight sleep scores.
- 4
Review history
Open sleep history and trends after nights complete before deciding something is wrong.
Tips
- Notifications denied still allow tracking without alarm.
- Connect WHOOP if you want additional sleep/recovery cards on Home insights page 2.
