Notifications too many or missing
Too many alerts usually means too many topics or channels enabled against the soft nudge budget.
Missing alerts usually means OS permission off, quiet hours, or topics disabled in Tracking Reminders.
In the app
Settings → Tracking Reminders · Home → View notifications · phone Settings
Steps
- 1
Confirm OS permission
Allow notifications for Elovia in system settings if push is expected.
- 2
Open Tracking Reminders
Review channels: In-app only, In-app notifications, Push notifications, WhatsApp (Sensei).
- 3
Trim or enable topics
Disable topics you do not want, or enable ones you miss. Keep at least one notification type enabled.
- 4
Respect quiet hours
Soft nudges quiet roughly 22:00-07:00. Hard wake alarms can still bypass the soft budget.
- 5
Check the inbox
Home → View notifications for in-app Reminders & updates. Mark all read or All caught up.
Tips
- Sleep can still track without alarm if notifications are denied.
- Onboarding often turns Morning Brief, Sleep, Habits, Workouts, and Meals ON by default.
