Add & edit plan items

Use Edit to reorder, reschedule, or move items to another day, and Add to create new plan items.

Add modal fields include title, where, and details. Calendar-sourced items stay less editable.

In the app

Planner → Today → Edit / Add · Home → Timeline → Edit / Add

Steps

    Add an item

    Tap Add. Enter title, where, and details, then save the item.

  2. 2

    Edit the day

    Tap Edit to reorder, reschedule, or move items to another day.

  3. 3

    Ask Sensei (Pro)

    Sensei can run local plan commands: add, rename, delete, reschedule, move, reorder.

Tips

  • Lock In preps the next eligible plan item for today only and skips calendar items.
  • Empty days can be filled by asking Sensei to build your schedule if you have Pro.
