AI won't respond / locked
Without Pro, expired, or cancelled access you are in journal-only mode: Journal free, Sensei AI chat locked.
If chat is open, Close chat before Unlock Pro to avoid stacking the paywall on the AI modal.
In the app
Home → Your sensei · Sensei FAB · Unlock Pro
Steps

Check subscription state
Confirm trial/active/Pro. past_due grace still has full access; expired/cancelled does not.

Close chat first
Tap Close chat, then open Unlock Pro or Settings → Subscribe to Pro.

Restore if needed
Tap Restore purchases if you already paid on this Apple or Google account.

Use Journal meanwhile
Mind → Journal remains available without Pro.
Tips
- Sensei FAB is hidden on Journal and Community even when Pro is active.
- AI memory and chat both require Pro access.
