Journal (free)
Journal is always free, including journal-only mode when Pro is inactive.
Entries stay private; Progress only uses aggregated stats, and the AI FAB is hidden on Journal.

Steps

Optional lock
If prompted, choose Secure with Face ID / Fingerprint / Passcode, or Not now. Later unlock with the same method.

Choose List or Map
Switch tabs between List and Map views of entries.

Create an entry
Tap New entry. Add title, body, and optional attachments (photo / draw / voice), location, and weather.

Save
Tap Save entry. You can pin or delete entries later. Finishing counts the journal streak.
Tips
- Floating AI is hidden on Journal routes even if you have Pro.
- Home Quick actions include Journal for a fast jump.
