Elovia is an AI-powered wellness companion covering mind, body, spirit, planning, community, and progress. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms.

This one matters, so it gets its own section: Elovia provides wellness guidance that is informational, not medical advice. Sensei is a companion, not a clinician. Nothing in Elovia is a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and Elovia is not designed for crisis situations. If you're facing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account; your streaks wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Elovia Pro is offered at $12.99/month or $79.99/year. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime in your store settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Referral rewards (bonus Pro days) have no cash value and may be adjusted or discontinued if the program is abused.

Journals, reflections, photos, and messages you create remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display them back to you and, where you explicitly share, to the community members you choose. We claim no ownership of your inner life.

Elovia's community is built on encouragement. Don't harass, shame, impersonate, spam, or post content that's hateful or dangerous. We may remove content or suspend accounts that make the space worse for others. The calm is the product.

Don't reverse engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape other members' data, or use Elovia to build a competing dataset. Automated access requires our written consent.

Elovia is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and accurate but can't promise perfection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We'll be sorry to see you go, and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

If we materially change these terms we'll notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance. Questions: legal@elovia.ai.
