Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash). If you subscribe to Pro, our payment partners (Apple App Store, Google Play) process billing. We never see your card details.

Practice data. The content you create in Elovia: journal entries, meditation history, workouts, meals you log, pledges, planner items, reflections, and conversations with Sensei. This is the heart of your account and is treated with the highest sensitivity.

Device and usage data. App version, device type, crash reports, and anonymized usage patterns that help us understand what's working and what's confusing.

Website data. If you join our waitlist or contact us through elovia.ai, we store the email address and message you provide.

We use your data to run Elovia and nothing more exotic than that:

• To provide the service, including letting Sensei personalize guidance using your practice history.
• To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
• To contact you about your account, or with updates you've opted into.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising. Your journal is not a marketing asset.

Sensei uses your practice data to provide context-aware guidance. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers under strict data-processing agreements that prohibit them from training their models on your content. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the app.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate Elovia (hosting, analytics, customer support, AI processing), each bound by contract to use it solely on our behalf; with authorities when the law genuinely requires it; and in Community features, only what you explicitly choose to make visible to other members.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Most of this is available directly in the app under Settings → Privacy; for anything else, email privacy@elovia.ai. Deletion is real deletion: within 30 days your personal data is removed from our production systems and shortly after from backups.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights. We honor them regardless of where you live.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited, logged, and reviewed. We retain your data while your account is active and delete it after account closure, except where the law requires a longer retention period.

Elovia is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Elovia provides wellness guidance for reflection and everyday habits. It is informational, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
